TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

These Terms and Conditions must be read together with the applicable invoice or service request (“Invoice”). By accepting service from TechVill Appliance Repair Los Angeles (“Supplier”), the customer acknowledges and agrees to all conditions set forth below.

1. Amendments

These Terms may not be altered or modified by the customer. Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties to be valid.

2. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Texas courts.

3. Payment Terms; Interest

Unless stated otherwise, payment is due immediately after service completion. If an invoice remains unpaid for 30 days, it will be transferred to a collections agency, and a 35% collections fee will apply. A 2% monthly (26.82% annually) interest will be charged on overdue balances. Customers are responsible for legal or administrative costs incurred during collection.

4. Warranties and Disclaimers

(a) Limited warranties apply only where explicitly provided and become active only after full payment.
(b) All other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose, are disclaimed.
(c) The Supplier’s responsibility is limited to repair or replacement.
(d) Warranty policies may change at the Supplier’s discretion for future services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Supplier is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as business interruption or loss of income. Liability for property damage or personal discomfort is excluded unless caused by willful misconduct.

6. Entire Agreement

This document and any referenced attachments comprise the entire agreement between the parties. All prior agreements, oral or written, are nullified.

7. Severability

Should any clause be deemed unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

8. Force Majeure

The Supplier is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to severe weather, supply shortages, or power outages.

9. Pricing Disclaimer

All pricing provided through the website, phone, or promotions is subject to change without notice. Actual costs depend on service specifics, labor, and market-based part pricing. For final rates, please confirm with our team directly.
